Our core, from the Main Street corridor to Cedarview and Allan Yorke Park. Older homes with aging supply lines see burst pipes and water heater failures, and heavy rain finds ceilings and daylight basements.

The master-planned communities up on the plateau. Newer homes still take on storm and wind-driven rain, crawl space intrusion after saturated ground, and sump pump failures during a wind-storm power outage.

Waterfront and near-lake homes from Driftwood Point to Tapps Island. Low lots, daylight basements, and crawl spaces hold groundwater through the wet season, and we dry them to a verified reading.

Wooded lots along the Sumner-Buckley Highway. Wind drives rain under roofs and limbs come down in storms, so roof and ceiling leaks are the calls we run out here most.

Unincorporated homes just east of the city on well and septic. Crawl spaces, sump pumps, and the occasional frozen pipe in a cold snap are what we see, and we cover it the same as the city.

Down off the plateau in the Puyallup valley. Flatter ground, older housing stock, and small commercial along Main see sewage backups, appliance leaks, and storm water. Call and we confirm a time before a crew rolls.
